Privacy Policy

Les Papillon Studio ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through lespapillonstudio.com and how we use it.

Information you give us

• Online bookings: if you book through the Vagaro calendar, the details you enter there are collected by Vagaro and shared with us to manage your appointment.
• Appointment requests: your name, email, phone number, the service you're interested in, preferred times and any notes you add.
• Newsletter and offers: your email address, if you subscribe or tick “Email me occasional offers and updates” on the booking form.
• Gift card purchases: handled by Stripe. We receive the purchaser's name, email and the amount, but never your full card details.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, schedule and confirm appointments, and contact you about your visit.
• To send occasional newsletters if you subscribed. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can simply reply and ask.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Marketing emails

We only send offers, updates and review requests to people who asked for them. Ticking the box on the booking form is optional and never required to book. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can reply and ask to be removed. Appointment-related messages (confirmations and reminders) are sent regardless, because they are part of your booking.

Services we rely on

• Vagaro handles online bookings made through the booking calendar on our site, under its own privacy policy.
• Formspree delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Stripe processes gift card payments.
• Google Fonts provides the typefaces used on this site.
• If enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site, using cookies and anonymized usage data.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy.

Your choices
